hi,
now I am live in Ontario. I have ECE diploma certificate .but I couldn't find the job.
so I have to come in SK
I have came there and try it.or I have to stay here .

What is ECE ? From your 4 lines post its not clear where are you now? in SK or TO ? not sure where you live and where you came ? ?
With that kind of writing skills I have my doubts if you are writing appropriate covering letter with your resume. That may be one of the reason. HR guys now days are very particular about that stuff.
