UCI no. & Certificate no. on application for Canadian Citizenship-Adults

hi everyone, i have one question, on the top of application ,page 1, what are UCI no and Certificate no for ? since they don't show up on any steps on the Guide, do i still need to fill out them?

Those two items that you are asking about are in a BOX, titled "For official use only". So, let those who are in the Government and the Officials that process the form fill it for themselves. We do not have any details to fill in these boxes.
