Hi,
I failed a G2 test about 2 years back. After that I registerd for the test but had to cancel for some reasons. So my fees was still there in the system.
Recently I tried to book a G2 test online, but I got a message saying - you are not allowed to book a test online as you have cancelled your tests three times in past 6 months. When I called them, I was told that I had booked a test 2 weeks back and cancelled it without the 48 hour notice. I was also told that there is no prepaid fees left in my account.
I have not booked any test in last 2 years. I am not sure what is going on here. Does anybody have any idea?

The issue has been resolved.
It was my driving instructor who was using my account. I had given him my account information to get a test appointment on a Saturday. He has been using my account for last two years to book and cancel appointments for his other customers. This time he did not cancel the appointment in time and that resulted in the system forfeiting my deposit.
He has agreed to using my account and is now going to refund my money. Phew!

Still confused, if your instructor booked driving test in your name than how he can change to other customer for test......
when you book driving test than MTO has all your information and MTO won't allow some else to use particular booked spot to someone else name (what i am understanding)......

These guys have their connections inside. At the last minute they change the name and the other details. I had experienced that back in 1996, when one of my instructors students could not make it, and he gave me that slot.
