get a copy of the fingerprints and post to chc as proof that you've done your bit.

Dear Masoodji,
You are really a wonderful man. Your guidance is greatly help ful. My son visited RCMP site at: http://www.rcmp.ca/crimrec/finger2_e.htm#Obtain and personally went there.
I also recived his email with fingure print copy in green colour text. There are five blocks of right order and five blocks of left order finger print and both hands fingers in two block below the individual block.
His signature appeared on extreme left and then officer signature read the name as Cm. J. McFetridge.
Now he him self posted the original to Ottawa as per the address you prescribed earlier and posted one copy to me for further submission to London CHC.
Now I don't know how long Indian High Commission will take time to isse him PCC. He was born in Dubai and residing with us in Dubai since his birth. His passport too issued by Indian Embassy in Dubai only.
Once again I thank you very much sir for your excellent guidelines and pray for your Business to grow sky high.
Thanks dear.
Mrs. Praveen Daruwala
Hats off Praveen for doing the entire immigration process on your own. This is an example of the your ingenuity. Keep it up.
She did not do it on her own ...
Hats off nevertheless.
I don't understand why you need PCC from India if he hasn't resided there ever.

Dear Masoodji,
I am posting so many proofs of my file processing work done my self alone but you are still in doubt of my work. This may be becasuase of your lawyer osychoilogy. It's immaterial to convienve as all my work is almost at final stage.
Unfortunately, too often, the so-called consultants were less than competent, not accountable, and in many cases, just plain crooks. With no barriers to working as an immigration consultant, no requirement for professionalism and no regulation, the immigration consulting industry had become fraught with serious problems here in Dubai and I know it very well and have no trust for those guys and decided to go alone.
Once again I thank you very much for your help.
Mrs. Praveen Daruwala.
I meant you didn't do it alone because you got help from CanadianDesi.com

3) Praise further
4) Ask 2 questions
5) Praise further
6 ) Ask 3 questions
7) State the process was "self-completed"
Hats-off to Massood for his patience ( step-1)
