My wife has sent her passport on 17 th july and they received on 19th july in new delhi.Today(11 aug) they have changed the e status as decission made about my wife application and they are informing to my wife about their decission.
What it means?
Because they requested for my wife passport and she sent it.And now they put their message like this.
Any one have any idea what it means?

This means that she is all set. Her passport has been stamped with canadian visa, and the passport is on its way back to her hometown.

Congrats, can you give us some information on the timelines as to what date you submitted your application, when did you see the application in eclient, when was your application sent to india and when did she get her passport request etc
