Hi Guys,
My sister is planning for visiting india ( 2 Adults + 2 Kids) this year. (Ottawa to Ahmedabad)
Looking for some good options.
They are flexible to visit anytime between July to Dec for 6 weeks.
Any idea about how the ticket price change in these months? How advance we should book tickets?
If there is no big difference in ticket prices, we would prefer Nov/Dec. I noticed currently ticket available for $1497 (mid of november to end of december). Do you suggest to book at this price now?

The Schools close around the Fourth week of June. So, the fares get jacked up after the 15th of June. Hence the fares are only good till the 16th June. The Schools re-open around the 3rd Sept. and the fares drop down after the 10th of September or so. After that the seats become available once again. But you will will have to book early to get the cheap seats.
The X-Mas Rush, the season gets busy around the 1st week of December. It gets over after the 10th of January of the next year.
These are general guide lines.
Your quotes for the trip from Ottawa to Ahmedabad and Return could be a very good fare, if one leg is during the peak or both the legs are in peak season.
The quotes I got are from Toronto-Ahmedabad-Toronto and Via Montreal and there were limited seats for a fare of $1010. Call Toll Free: 855 291 2025 and make your own inquiries. (416 291 2025) Qk Tr. (Ask about the taxes)
