Your question does not give enough information to reply with specifics. You only have an LMO and a TRV. What are your employment skills and at what level is your current post.? NOC Number and skill level O A or B. Then I can work with your question.
Dependent children of skilled workers: Working-age dependent children of certain skilled foreign workers. At this time, only foreign workers in Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia are entitled to have their dependent children accompany them to Canada on an open work permit.
TO OBTAIN AN L.M.O.
; Applications from temporary foreign workers will be assessed using two primary criteria:
work experience and
ability in English or French.
WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO SHOW LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY.
MIGHT HAVE TO GO THROUGH MEDICAL EXAMINATION FOR ALL.
Visitors to Canada must meet five general criteria. They must:
have a valid passport
be in good health
satisfy an immigration officer that they have ties, such as a job, home and family, that will take you back to your country of origin
satisfy an immigration officer that they will leave Canada at the end of their visit and
have enough money for your stay. The amount of money needed varies with the circumstances of the visit, how long you will stay and whether you will stay in a hotel or with friends or relatives. For more information, ask the Canadian visa office in your country or region.
Shoud show enough funds and ties to the country you belong. Also a lot of FIXED assets.. Will need an open return ticket. Make sure it does not expire. ( GET Vouchers)
Visitors to Canada may also need:
a Temporary Resident Visa, depending on your citizenship
a medical examination and
a letter of invitation from someone who lives in Canada. (That is you)
Our P.M. Harper has decided that all of the jobs will first go to a CANADIAN. So, your wife's chances of getting an LMO are
next to impossible. So, look for an OWP. Take any job that is available.
