You mean your past employers? If they have doubts that you might not the experience you have mentioned, but other things look good, they may ask you to provide additional details like pay-stub etc.

You need to worry only when you have manufactured your resume.

Thanks GG and all others for reply ..Yes u r right that some part of the resume is fabricated ..That is what my worry is ...
Any experienced guys to share the list of docs that are required to file TN ??

Is it that for a TN visa one should have education in the same field as experience ?

Would a Mechanical Engineer with 10 yrs IT experience qualify for an IT related TN visa ?

The experience is fine, but the person should be "armed" with the proof of his extensive experience while applying for the TN.

If you have the degree relevant to your job and the proof (the degree certificate), that's all you need. They do not care about your resume.
