i counted my points, it is 61. I want to know that, if i want to apply as PR in PNP system for Menitoba state, do i need Sponsor letter to apply? if not necessary than what is further processor if i want to make my file from my own without hiring an agent? or if it is necessary than, is there any other way to migrate as PR? I have completed my ITI and Diploma in Electronics and have 5 years of experience of job and have 6 band in IELTS in academic section. age-25

you can apply direct under independent category!
