Dear Experts,

My friend was interviewed on 5th Sep 2006 and was refused. The refusal shows assesment of old and new system.

A. In old system visa officer gave 68 points.
B. In IRPS system visa officer gave 64 points.

The bands of overall IELTS result is 5.5. (in Listening 4.5 band and rest all 5.5 bands)

1. In old system visa officer gave 2 points in English language.
2. In new system visa officer gave 7 points in English language.

My question is can we send one application to visa officer requesting that if they can review again the case as in old system is they can give 2 points more in ENGLISH LANGUAGE, he can get 70 points and he can become eligible.
