I have a question. My father is Canadian since 2002. He stayed here for almost eight years and now he lives in India since 2009. He will come here and visit us soon. He has Canadian Valid passport.
If he comes to USA from India, will Canadian officer will ask any kind of questions while crossing border?
My mother had a PR Card but she lost the status because she did not stay in Canada much and now she is in India. If she wants to join my father to come in Canada, does she need visitor visa from Canadian consulate?

Ask your Father to apply for a Travel Document for your Mother. Use Option 1. on the form to obtain TRV. Provide all of the documents and also a copy of your Father`s PP. Attach a Marriage Certificate too.
If they ask any questions answer them truthfully. And remember what you said. Or write it down later. Alternately, say, accompanying Husband.

For your father:
At the US POE, he has to explain that he is transiting to Canada.
At the Cdn POE, he will be allowed to enter and he just has to say he is visiting.
For your mother:
She will need a valid visa to enter USA even if it is for transit.
I don't know how Canada would treat her situation as she has lost her PR status.
