My daughter canadian citizen, has married , in India and currently staying in India,
my S-I-L doesnot intend to get PR, and only intends to visit,. (Visitors visa declined , once)
My daughter if she is visiting me after a gap of 2 yrs, on her canadian passport, does the immigration authority create any issues on reentering?
She has not yet declared her status as NRC

What steps is she required to follow in order to maintain her citizenship, and yet stay in India.?

Any guidance and suggesstions welcome
