Satya Nadella Microsoft.

Now Sundar Pichai groomed to take over Google.

Even now top slot in RBC & TD has Desi's on top slots.

My take is the key indian values of penny pinching and able to empathize with others.

Believe the key Indian value of family system, where the parents do not live for themselves, but provide all the time, energy and money for their children. This experience in micromanagement gives such qualities as not being spend thrift and empathy. This is not my finding but that of Auditor, Journalist, Economist and ardent devotee of Mahaperiyava Shri Swaminathan Gurumurthy.

According to Mr.Gurumurthy the worldwide economic crisis of 2008 did not affect India because it got bailed out by the savings done by Indian housewives for the sake of educating their children or seeing them married off and get settled in life.

However, the great economists in people like MMS or Chidambaram during their 10 year tenure, did not even acknowledge the role of the Indian housewives/family system, because they were subscribing to the European value systems to hang on to their jobs.
