I landed in Canada in March-2010 & went back to middle east in April . I travelled to and from between India and middle east several time but stayed away from Canada for 2 years . Finally I came back to Canada in June 2012 and living here since then . 2 months back I submitted application for my PR renewal with all required documents including my T4 and CRA letters and copy of my passport with all stamped pages . Last week I received a letter from cic , they asked following ..
1. Please provide us with proof of your residency in Canada . Please submit a copy of " Complete pages ( including blank pages ) of your passport held in last 5 years . Ensure all pages are in color and are clearly legible.
2. Personal immigration entry / exit record or movement certificate issued by countries where you have travelled .
I already submitted copy of stamped pages of my passport in B&W , Its ok now I will submit it in color with all pages BUT how can I get " personal immigration entry/exit record or movement certificate issued by countries where I travelled . ( I travelled a lot between middle east and India during my absence from Canada )
Please guide me , how do I reply to cic in this regard . I already completed 800 days of my PR renewal requirement.

If you have the copy of the lease agreement from the day you returned and with the amount you paid to the landlord, that should take care of it. You said that you have provided them with the CRA files. That should also give them an idea who your employer was then and the date of the start of your job with them. See if you can get a letter of employment from your work place. Attach the same to their requirements.
Any other statements, from Bank, Utility bills, Phone Bills etc., should supplement the requirements with the above submission.
You said that you will be submitting colour copies of the passport with all the pages, as requested. That should top it.

Most of us hang on to the travel itinerary and the tickets and the stub for the seating on the flight. If you have the Air Line Ticket, (e-ticket) or generate one from the e-mails, that will generally provide them with all of your travels back and forth to any country. Plus if you have a POLICE CLEARANCE Certificate for the Middle East where you stayed, then it should cover most of what they are looking for. If you stayed for more than SIX months in any country, then you must get a PCC for that country also. That goes for India also. For India the Indian Embassy here will provide you with one, locally here. Call BLS and check with them.
{In recent days people have been going back and forth to the Middle East for so many things and some are being monitored for SUSPICIOUS activities and they are getting more strict with their checks and if you want to eliminate from their files, please provide them with all of the details you have on hand, to clear yourself with them.}
Currently it takes well over SIX months to get your card renewed. So, do not worry about status here with in Canada. But if you have travel plans, then, ask them to get your Card Processed in the EXPRESS Stream, for an additional fee. It will be well worth it.

I am in exactly same situation as metouk, the only difference is that to and from between India and Singapore.
May I please know what did you do about this request? what documents did you send?
Just submit all pages of your passport in color copy . Mention all your passport entry / exit dates details in form . Write separate letter and summarize all your entry / exit details in passport . If you have boarding pass - attach color copy of it .

How you got it UAE Entry/ Exit record. What is the office for it. Is it on immigration department on terminal 3
My wife has a similar issue. Her PR renewal case is under secondary review.
She received a letter from Immigration and we submitted colour copies of all pages of her passport with separate cover letter detailing entry/exit dates.
Its more than a month now and we have no clue on the further process.
How much time does it normally take to receive the new PR card when the case is under secondary review.
