Hopefully the MISUSE of this law by Indian women stop. Not all Indian women are helpless victims as presented in the Indian media & SATI SAVITRI & ABLAA NAARI

NRI , OCI & PIO men are a nice catch for these women , some Canadian desi's must have also fallen victim to this by these cunning women , their parents & relatives.

Nothing but legal terrorism & extortion & harrasment by these women.

Fake Rape cases , Domestic Violence cases & Dowry cases have increased a lot by these women . Nothing happens against them for filing false cases , but the lives of the innocent men & their parents/families are destroyed by them.

Crime & laws should be gender neutral & not biased & favoured towards any one gender.

There was a SC decision that a police station canot file an FIR just because it is a woman.

In the past, the police had the right to open an FIR and put even the old and lame senior in laws in jail on the pretext of dowry harrassment.

As I was growing up, I have heard and seen a lot of stories of how men would booze and hit women and children and not work. The current laws are based on that.

However, now the senario has changed for some. Both husband and wife are professionals. Both have good jobs. Both have mobiles. Some women want to lead a seperate and independant life and hence the problem.

My advise would be to document everything. SOmetimes men tend to give a second change to women hoping that they will change but then in the end land in soup.
