I am interested in settling myself in Middle east specially in Dubai or Saudi arbia. I am a canadian citizen and educated from Canada as well and got some US work experience. My field is Customer Service/Administration

forgot this piece of advice:
Try to get a job on a foreign contract i.e. hired from canada instead of getting hired locally; you will be in a better position to negotiate.
I am not sure what exactly your field is in Customer Service / Administration, but normally this is a concept which is unknown in ME.
