Hi,
My name is Shery (mind it Gender MALE) and I am a professional Architect, atleast in India and the Middle East if not in Canada. Been designing and building buildings for the last ten years, most of them in Delhi, Dubai and the Middle east. My wife is an Oracle Programer also working In Dubai.
I am doing fairly OK in Dubai.
My 3 year old son Ishan and his future is what makes me think of Canada. Heard it is very good for kids there. Plus I want to get away from a bad work culture of long working hours and painful TRAFFIC jams in Dubai and Sharjah.

I am a landed immigrant since july 2003. However, I never spend time in Canada.

Its time for me to move to Canada.
Moving means, quiting a well settled job in Dubai, the position and level I have toiled to get to.
Well, I will be staring all over again; trying to prove one's own self as I did initially in Dubai.
I get all kind of feed back. Good ones and very bad ones as well. My visits to Canada were too short to adjudge a clear view.
Hey. 2003 Summer was excellent in Toronto. Never seen a Canadian winter . And hey how does the snow look like? Never seen one ever.
