90s pop song - do you recollect this ?

During late 90s I used to watch a hindi pop song in channel V, goes like "sab jantar mantar hain, sab jantar manta hain", Ban gaya hain shaitan...

The video was mostly graphics mixed, there is someone soaring in flying carpet..

Any clue ?
