Thank You So much
I made a call and they told me the same..
So I have to wait for 12 months now

Anyone trying to call CIC please note you have to patiently hold the call for 45 mins before someone answers it

Can you not extend the work permit ?

Your experience will only count from work permit - check with lawyer if worked during your study also count ? if not then your work experience will start from Au 2016 so you will have to wait till Aug 2017..

getting advice from CD is always helpful but i would strongly recommend to take legal help - dont take immigration lightly ...

Hi there

I talked to CIC abt my work thing.

They said after you are graduated and start working on field job it is considered work experience, even though I was still on my study permit.

Note: internship and other apprenticeship is not considered as work experience.

So legally I complete my experience at the end of next month and hence eligible to file next month

Medical exam for permanent residents. :
If you apply for permanent residence, you must have an immigration medical exam. Your family members must also have a medical exam, even if they are not coming with you.

Here is a link to their website.:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/medical/medexams-perm.asp

Please look for a location and a doctor, through this link, close to where you are living.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx

They have all of the forms and procedures and they will help you complete them.

FH.

Hello Everyone,

While applying for my study permit, I had shown my 8 months Indian work experience.
While filing my express entry profile I don't plan to.
Will this be a problem???

I am not showing it as it does not contribute any points???

Waiting for ur advice.

Thanks

In the current days it is very hard to hide anything from the Government.

You say that you have provided them with the details in your previous Application. (In your Study Permit) So, they already have it. I am lost for words. But it is NO PROBLEM at all. They will understand that. Currently after your studies, it will be the NEWER Experience that they will be looking for, after your current qualification.

I suppose you will be O.K.

FH.
