This is for who is doing the buisness and want to buy debit card
The service I get it from Monex is very bad from last three month I bought this M/C but
1) I never received monthly statement
2) When I call my agent who sell this M/C and give me wrong promises he told me that ho jayega no problem call this number, call this number, I call no reply from anywhere also now they charging me 6$ for insurance for their debit card m/c beacuse they send me letter and I didn't received that letter, I call customer service they told me that it's your mistake if canada post not delivering your mail.
and chagr me again those charges.
3) It's promise 10Cents a transaction but if you calculate they charge every time you call for not approved charges, closing the batch, when their line is busy every transaction count

So please before you buy this mc/ don't only see 10 cents a charge they promise you for no hidden charges but if they provide you statement everymonth then you know that how much they charging you.

Does somebody has same kind of experience with Monex debit card ?
