Hi,

I and my wife sponsored her parents to immigrate to Canada. Their immigration was approved last year and they moved to Canada in March of this year. The problem is that it is 5 months since they moved to Canada but have not received their PR Cards. They have their SIN Cards and OHIP Cards but not sure whats happening with the PR Cards.

We tried many times calling Immigration Canada and checking for a status and they seem to say they are trying to verify something from the Delhi Office. I dont understand why would after the fact the Canada Immigration would be wanting to check on something after making us wait for 7 years ?

Immigration Canada keeps on telling us to call after 15 days for a status. When we call them they say call after another 15 days, this has been happening for last 2 months.

I would appreciate some suggestion on how to handle this situation.
