Got my Aadhaar card. Linked it to PAN card. Got a Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro phone with case and screen protector for RS.13,000 (CAD $ 260) dual SIM. Obtained JIO 4G LTE connection at RS.1800 for 1 year unlimited calling & 1.5 GB per day data. Amazing Speed.
Installed Alexa Show, changed all bulbs at home to Alexa voice control. Planning to upgrade AC with a 1.5 T LG AC which has Alexa control. Step by step automating the home. Thinking about buying a 55" Smart 4K TV either Mi, TCL or OnePlus and installing Alexa voice control. Also installing JIO TV/Internet and switching from BSNL. Paid INR 999 installed Amazon Prime and nowatching Prime movies/videos while traveling using JIO LTE.
Thinking about gifting a Renault Kwid to a relative. Rs. 3 Lakhs (CAD 6000) 1 liter engine, 23 Kms/ Liter.
Trying to buy a flat in Chennai (Rs.1 Crore) with Rs.20 Lakhs (Canadian $40,000) and with Canadian T-4 's.
Bought stuff worth Rs.2 Lakhs on Amazon and Flipkart.
Visited Kanchipuram went all temples including Kanchi Kamashiamman temple, Shri Varadarajaswamy temple, Sankara Mutt, Gaushala and Veda Patashala. Donated money to Gaushala and Veda Patashala.
Visited Panduranga temple at Thennangur near Kanchipuram. Eat lunch at their Mutt. Simple village food but delicious Prasadam.
Just traveling by Ola & Uber.
Waiting for Modiji & President Xi meeting this weekend in Mahabalipuram.
In a nutshell Chennai is heaven and preparing for retirement here .

Or you got a steal & an impossible deal & getting a 1 crore flat for 20 Lacs?
I have seen some distress selling for as much as 50% off due to DeMo , GST mess, builders bankrupt, bad economy, liquidity crunch, no jobs etc in India.
