I am a landed immigrent (just a month old) and have a valid H1B visa. But my wife does not have H4 visa. We are planning to take an appointment, and go for H4 stamping.

Which councellate is better? Toronot Or Ottawa? I know, technically both are same, I want practicle experiences at the outcome of the result .

I really appreciate your help and suggestions.

I am under the impression that, you don't have choice of that, you can go to only that consulate which comes under the region of your permenent residency. Like if you are showing permanent address of toronto, you can visit ottawa and vice versa.

Like if you are showing permanent address of toronto, you can not visit ottawa you can only visit tornoto consulate and vice versa.
