Hi,my son wants to go to india to study dentistry.He will get his p r card but will not complete his 2 years out of 5.I would like to know whether he will lose his immigration status. Can he come back say after 7 years.How can he return and what are the chances if he applies for immigration again .He has only copleted 15 months in canada and there is no way he can stay longer as the colleges start in india by september.Thanks for the answers to my previous 2 questions. i appriciate.naina

he will have to qualify on the points system. the current 'pass mark' is 75.
Not sure what it'll be after 7 yrs.
He can also spend his holidays in Canada to try to make up for the 24 months required. You said he's already lived here for 15 months.
