Dear Massoodji,
We thank you for your reply and believe us, we are little relaxed with the begining from your end.
Now, to clarify the (??) marked by you against my point 3, We are trying to convey that, my friend's disclosure of the change in marital status was informed to the CIC well before the CIC's INterview waiver letter dated 13th October. Moreover, we have kept the copy of acknowledgement (Reg Ad slip) by the CIC of that disclosure letter.
Now, should we send the VISA fees for his spouse and newly born baby along with the new letter of clarification?
Yes, we would fax the letter tomorrow only and would include Baby's name also.
Thanks again and we would keep in touch for any further guidance from you.
Regards,
VJ
VJ: regarding your question "Now, should we send the VISA fees for his spouse and newly born baby along with the new letter of clarification?"

Dear Massoodji,
I am sorry to reply you late as I came from Mumbai today only. My friend has sent demand drafts for his wife and kid yesterday only. Let's hope for the best.
But, we both thank you very much and this wonderfull site for showing us the best direction.
One last thing to ask you, whether the embassy think negative about my friend's initial non-disclosure about the change in his marital status? I think, if they were negative, why they should clear even his case?
What do you say?
Regards,
VJ
