Option C printout marital status not updated for spouse sponsorship

I have a huge crystal ball on my magicians table. It works some times and some times it does not. Now I am getting a little sarcastic with this response. I will explain under this why. After that you will take the palm of your hand and bang the same HARD right between the eyes on your forehead and then say Shoot, I should have known that before I asked this question !!

This is just for your information. Make a note. OUR FISCAL YEAR Runs between January 1st of the year to 31st of December. That is for each and every year.

You have to file your returns to the Canada Revenue Agency by the 30th of April THE NEXT YEAR. (That is generally the dead line.) But some years we find that it is a week end and so they extend the same by A day and some times TWO.

NOW, when you file that return, you tell them in that, you were married OR NOT in that return. THAT STATEMENT STAYS THERE FOR EVER. No one can change that. Because it is for the PREVIOUS YEAR.

To get your Notice Of Assessment (NOA) you have to wait for about three weeks after your submission. That will be pretty close to the end of May.

SO, you got married after that. Did you send them an invitation before that and tell them you are getting married? If not how will they come to know that you are getting married? Therefore, they had no way of knowing about it. Right?

Mmmm It happens to me too when I am up so long, and up for over 12 hours and want to know some thing in a hurry.

Remember if it says MARRIED in the NOA and also in your OPTION 'C' PRINTOUT and then you get MARRIED there, When you are returning back and try and cross the Immigration check point, there will be TWO Burly Uniformed Officers on the other side of the line, waiting to haul you up and take you to the slammer for BIGAMY. ( I know, I know you are allowed to have THREE of them there. But sorry, not here in Canada) !!!
