I have recieved my Landing Papers in May' 05, and my initial application was submitted with my marital status as SINGLE. I got married in June' 05 and my wife is in USA with me, where I work. So, my new marital status now is "MARRIED". I have not landed yet, my visa expires on Oct. 1st' 2005. I'm not sure what needs to be done?. I know I need to inform the embassy about the change in status to avoid any future problems. So, do I go ahead and land?, or 'file an application for my wife' and both of us go land at a future date?. OR any other options.....
Please advice.....asap!!!
Hello,
You have started 3 threads for the same question. Please don't do this!
I understand you matter is urgent, but posting the same question multiple times does not increase the chances of getting a quicker answer.
Thanks.

Are you there?
A buddy of mine went thro the exact same thing and they seized his passport at pearson airport and revoked his immigration. Talk to your lawyer or some lawyer and see what needs to be done. AND I REPEAT DO NOT LAND UNLESS YOU WOULD WANT TO LOSE YOUR IMMIGRATION.
Good luck and let us know what happens.
