Dear Mr.Massood any advice for me please!!!!!!!
I have a gravely ill mother back home, and I don't know if I
should leave Canada now or wait any further?
I am really stressed and in dilemma?
Waiting on Oath Notice for Citizenship test taken on June 28, 2004 at Scarborough Town Centre.
I was told by the Test Coordinator that I will be notified in 10 weeks from today
June 28, 2004
It has been over 12 weeks now.
I was also told on inquiring that, it would take
minimum 10 months for the whole process to complete.
I applied November 20, 2003.
It is indeed past 10 months and 10 weeks as promised by the
Citizenship & Immigration Canada.
Thank you
You can advise the citizenship section in writing of your mum's ill-health and the urgency for you to go back.
Worse come to worse, you'll miss the Oath. I'd run to my mum first and then worry about citizenship if she was 'gravely ill'. It wouldn't pose a dilemma for me [with all due respect].
