Usually I don't prefer to put any "for sale" add here , but one of our silent member is moving to Vancouver this weekend and is selling his convenience store at a throw away price.

I don't know him personally, and also does not know anything about his business, but it seems that for a new immigrant couple it should be a good start of business with very less money (less than 10K). It seems that there is a basement apaprtment included in the store rent.

Please check this listing and call him immediately.

actually my husband talked him yesterday,but it is too far from my home.we had a store before,so I am looking for a store or franchise.but I am planning to visit India in this winter,so I am afraid how can my husband manage himself everything alone.we do not know anybody in toronto,so it is hard to get a honest helper too.
I wish if store is small and not too much responsibilities,then my hubby can handle alone in my absence.
