okay let me explain this again.
When I filed for my parents immigration, I was residing in Calgary Canda and I was doing a job. At that time, I was not married.
After their application was confirmed from Head office - Missussaga and then the application went to Delhi - Canadian Embassy.
I got a rishta from USA, and now I am legally married to guy in USA. We got legally married in Canada , although I have not changed my last name and have not even officially informed nowhere that my marital status has changed.
Now, from last 5 mths I am in USA as a tourist , and I will be going back to Canada in Nov. I am still holding my bank account and will be paying my taxes so that I can show the ties that I have in Canada.
Now, in such a situation, can I still sponsor parents and can they come to Canada. ?
Should I inform the canadian government that I am legally marraied to someone in USA and I plan to live there in near future. ?
I am confused.
Please help
what I am trying to ask in that in such a situation what should I do ?
1.> Should I withdraw my parents application and let the Canadian government know that I am married to someone in USA and now plan to live here , although I would be visiting Canada every 6 months as my brother and his wife live there.
2.> Or, let the time decide .
They already have received the application - confirmation letter from the Canadian Embassy - Delhi that they can expect the interview to come somewhere in Aug-2006 , so therefore around that time I start living in Canada agaian or something like that.
Please advice.
Just wait and do nothing. Why u have to tell immigration that u have moved to canada. As long as u file your taxes, there should not be a problem

Could you send me your contact email address. Since you live in Windsor (thats my guess) or close to border, I would like to get some of my thoughts clarified.
My email address is for your reference.
Thank you,
Kiran
Hi Windsorguy,
Further to this discussion, I would like to tell everyone that my parents have now received the Medical papers from New Delhi Immigration services and they have also been told to give the Landing fees too.
Is this the positive sign and that they will now receive Canadian Immigration.?
regards
Congratulations on getting medical papers for your parents. In my view, as long as there is no me3dical issues, they have the immigration.Needless to mention that they should tell anyone who asks about u that u r in Canada and will be going to take care of them once they arrive in Canada
best of Luck
