Dear Sir,
plz i need ur guidance, i wrote to u before,
My husband has applied for refugee case on the basis of religion in March 2003, he had his first hearing date in August 2003, but on that date he was given the next hearing date on 5th of April 2004, he was not prepared for the case as he wanted to change his lawyer thats why he applied for postponing his hearing date, now he got a new hearing date on 19 August 2004, i wanna know how much usually it take to solve such type of cases, what are the chances, or what u suggest to do now,
should i apply for immigration from here for both of us but it also usually takes nearly one and a half year for processing, what should i do, is there anyother way to go there, what he has to do for his case acceptance
anita

Dear Mmasood Ji,
How r u, i wanna let u know that my husband has got a new hearing date on 19th of August, it will be his last earing date or he has to further wait? before this i wanna tell u that his case is on the basis of religion, is there any chances, what will be the circumstances overthere regarding refuge cases, can i apply for immigration, how much it usually takes,
Isn't it easier for your husband to give us a call with all his or your questions?
Or better may be his lawyer or consultant can answer these questions.
