I already donate a considerable amount of time to this forum. I receive over 100 private messages & emails in my CanadianDesi inbox daily - from people asking private questions, personal favours, donations, jobs, free legal services [and once whether I am single] and much more. Some people post their question, send me a personal message and email me the same question. It is very time consuming and frustrating. Some, email me and expect an answer right away. They folow-up the next day and even get upset when I don't reply fast enough ...

I am sure you will agree that I have to earn a living and have a law firm to run. We have paying clients who deserve my attention first. Despite that, I see myself attending to desperate pleas here faster than sometime responding to my clients. I have now decided that I am wrong to do that. I try to respond in blocks now over a few days. You will notice I do not respond daily. My work exigencies and family life are more important and take priority.

I thank you and promise that I'll do my best to help those who genuinely need help and are not trying to abuse this facility. I also recognise that there are consultants who use my 'free' advice for their own advancement. I just wish they'd go away and stop asking questions leaving time for me to respond to real people.

I hope you will all understand and support me. Thank you again.

Good Day Sir

I am resident in Dubai and my husband has applied for canada migration as the main applicant.

In short i would like to inform you that we had received interview call on Feb 6 2006, and the interviewer told us in Abu Dhabi that will come to know the result in 3-4 months, now its almost 5 months and so far have not received any reply. Can you pls advise us what can be the reason behind it or normally it takes this much time.

As i have heard in Dubai that there are around 8 lakhs files pending to be cleared.

Your response on the same will be higly appreciated as we are eagerly waiting to know what is the status of our file, also would like to inform you that our Lawyer in Dubai before or after interview also he never asked for CAIPS report.
