I apply through Syria .... in May 2000 last July 2004 they transfer my Case to London ..I got Interview call from Abu dhabi & I attend my Interview at Abu Dhabhi on 28th Sept 2004 .
After Interview Officer Inform me that I am Satisfy with your Degrees ,Relation Experiance & All Others ..
Now YOu have to wait the latter fron CHC London they Will send you 2 things One Medical Request & 2nd Request for ROLF
He Inform me that Medical is Walid for One Year & During this Priod CHC will check your Backgroung once every thing is Completed Your Visa will be arrive .Your Visa will be Valid for One Year from the Date of your Medicals Done
After this He ask me if you have Some question you can Ask
I Ask
Do I need Saprate Passport for mY Daughter Since She is on Her Mother Passport now
Answer Was : No Need we can Acknowledge it with Mother
Q: I am in Saudi Arabia If my visia Arrive in Abu dhabi I can not send my Passports
Answer : You will get your Visia in Riyedh Saudi Arabia
After that We came back
on 17th Oct I recive Fax from Same Officer that Your Employmnet latter have false Information & make in Clear with in 30 days ... I can not understand ??? what Does it means ..Once I clear the Interview why he did not ask me same time Even at that thime I was carring all my Orignals Employments Latter he saw them & return it back to me
Now I need you advise if In case he faild me do I have any chance to appeal it & what will be the Process of Appeal ?? Since He did not inform me what is wrong in which Employment latter .

Hi,
Ask them that what is false information in job letter , please clarify and clear the matter at this point. Call them and ask.

The officer may very well be mistaken. You don't have anything to worry about if your employment letter is genuine.
You need to ask the officer for further details. You cannot defend yourself if you don't know what the accusation is.
Worse come to worse, the officer may refuse your application. You will have a chance to appeal. It'll cost you money & inconvenience but you'll ultimately convince them that there was no wrong doing from your part.
