Inshaallah I will be filing my application in few days.

Could you please clarify me the following:

1.Do I need to put all the forms & attachments in a single file which contains jackets(separators) so that each form & each attachment goes in an individual jacket in the same file.

2.Iam applying as Principal Applicant & my wife will accompany me.So where shall I attach my certificates & other documents.In otherwords my certificates & other documents shall be attached to my Immigration forms & my wife's certificates & her documents shall be attached to her immgration forms.Is this correct or all the certificates(my wife's & mine) shall be attached in the last.

3.I have taken transcripts in sealed envelopes from my university,so do I need to attach the degree & marks memo copy separately as well?However the transcript envelope already contains the degree & marks memo.

4.This is my second marriage & I am attaching my present marriage certificate & also the Divorce certificate of my first marriage.I donot have the marriage certificate of my first marriage,so is it required to attach the marriage certificate of my first marriage?

5.Do I need to attach a cover letter to my file?

6.Do I need to attach my CV(Resume),the latest check list does not mention about this requirement,however it was mentioned in the previous check list.

7.I am attaching a bank letter showing the balance in my account.Do I need to attach three months banks statements as well? Present checklist requires only bank letter however in previous checklist, 3 months bank statements were required to be submitted.

8. As per the latest checklist I have taken a letter from my employer which indicates my job description & my annual salary.
Do I need to attach 3 months salary slips as per the previous checklist?This requirement is not given in the new checklist.

Your clarification will give me lot of confidence that I have filed in the correct way.
