Hi guys,

I am supposed to send my medicals, police clearance certificate to the Canadian consulate in the month of September 2006. However, i am still awaiting those documents since i have sent my fingerprinting cards to obtain FBI certificates etc..

So,
Do they re-open the file when the receive all the documents or would they just close the application file once they don't receive the documents by this time.

I feel you should rather fax them about your issue and request them to resend the forms / medical test documents which might expired as per your msg.

As its clearly written in the medical forms also that if you fail to get yr medical test in time you should ask us to resend the same.

i may be totally wrong but i think the file remains open for 6 months after . send then a fax /email to the councellate you are assigned to and explain the issue
