Visitor visa : Once landed, now applying for second time?

Hi,

My parents have just visited to Canada and now going back. This visit was single time 6 month visa. Now they would like to come again on next year. They do not want to come for PR so i am planning for Multiple Visa for them.

My question is Do i have to repeat the all procedure again ? Or I heard that they keep the prvious file on their record you have to just send fill up the form for Multiple visa...Can anybody guide me.?

Have to resubmit fresh application with fees.
