Is it 100% safe to leave canada after one has completed 1095 days requirement for citizenship and then come back once written test or oath is to be done,giving canadian address and tel # of a friend on the application Forms is justified.

99%. If you meet the minimum requirement for residence [i.e. 1095 days], less likely anything could go wrong. Bear in mind that CIC could ask for copy your passport [especially if you just completed 1095 days].
