Any Centralised Web site For Address Change....?

Is there any centralised website on which u can change your address and it will be picked up by all other concerns ie bank,health card ,licence etc or one has to do it with each institution on individual basis.

For health card and license in Ontario you can use one single form online..

http://www.serviceontario.ca/english/iac/address_change.htm

for banks you will have to contact the banks.. usually done online.. I am not sure if there is a centralized service for everything
