I would like to call my sisters' sons 9 yrs old and 5 yrs old to Canada to live with me forever and study here in the school. I am willing to take full responsibility.

- Is this possible??
-what is the procedure and requirement

I do not mind hiring a Lawyer to get this job done. Please advise.

They may come here as overseas students as long as they meet the requirements.

Requirements:
- genuine student
- sufficient funds
- good health
- for minors, a guardian
- intention to return to original country

The process of adoption is not a major problem. Convincing immigration authorities that the adoption is genuine is the biggest obstacle. You can do it and if refused you will have the right to appeal.

I have lost 40% of adoption appeals. The 60% successful ones were tough but we managed to win the appeals.
