They are known as KANEFF's . Everyone knows who they are. Decent rent. Very good Location. Good Tenants. May be a few Desi's thrown in it. But they are all living within Five Minute walk.

Schools you will have to clarify and confirm. That is left to you to do. But there are a couple of them. KG is a new bee on the block. The Government is opening them up as and when the (money) FUNDS get released. So keep your eye balls open. Rents will run into 1550/2BR.

You are surrounded by desis there.

Good Luck.

FH.
They do become vacant from time to time. So, vacancies do exist. Comes with one parking, could cost you extra.

Around desi community ? LOL

In Brampton & Mississauga you will always be around desi software coding coolies & desi minimum wage general labourers & cab drivers & retail/fast food workers - NO matter where you live.

They don't call it " Brownton " for nothing.

The same Hurontario street goes from Sauga to Brownton. You will see boat loads of brown desi immigrants travelling along that street to their respective minimum wage factory & warehouse jobs.

Desis in Brampton & Mississauga extensively rely on Food Banks & Soup kitchens to feed their family as their minimum wage jobs barely cover their monthly rent.

They buy second hand used winter clothes at Salvation Army Thrift stores, sad but true.
