I have a 4 year computer science degree from delhi university.My total study is for 16 years.I saw on the cic site the following:

Obtained a university degree of two years or more at the bachelor’s level and completed at least 14 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies

Obtained two or more university degrees at the bachelor’s level and completed at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies

Do they recognize 12th as a university degree?This concept of 2 bachelors is confusing me.

Also guide me about full time equivalent study.Does distance education come in that?
