If an H1 holder completes his six year tenure in the US and goes to Canada on a PR,
How long will he have to wait before he can come to the US on a TN visa?

Will the tenure he stays in the US on a TN visa count for maintaing his Canadian PR status and citizenship

cannot get a TN if you are not a cdn citizen
