Hello everyone...!!
As per my knowledge it takes atleast 1 month to get PR card once you land.
One of my friend is landing to Canada in April, Presently he is holding work permit in Beljium so He was asking me to return back within 2 weeks without receiving P R Card as he has good paying job in Beljium.
I realy don't have any idea on this matter if he can re-enter in Canada without PR Card.

What will be good suggestions..?

Option1: Ask him to provide his friends address in Canada so that PR card will reach at his friend's place.Then same can be send to your friend in Belgium via a reliable courier.One of my friend actually did this couple of month back for his wife.

Option2: Ask him to provide his friend's address in Canada but before sending via a courier ask him to apply for travel document to Canadian Consulate in Belgium when he is planning to return back to Canada ..if he is not getting travel doc for some reason then follow option1.
