I have applied for PR card the time i arrived at POE
I read it will take 30 days?
are these 30 days including week ends??
in case I travel due to work obligation outside Canada, will they mail the card to the given address or i should go by person?
is it safe that when the PR reach the given address to send it to me overseas if I am outside Canada?

Sometimes it takes as little as 3 weeks and sometimes as much as 6 weeks.

Timelines are not accurate.
You should plan between 3 to 6 weeks (calendar) for receiving your PR cards assuming there are no issues with the file.

You cannot pick it up in person.
Also, if you leave Canada after becoming a PR but without the PR Card, you will need a Travel Document to return.
