Urgent cases for PR Card

I've got my medical papers and am planning to visit Canada for about a month or so.
Also I dont intend to go back to Canada for another two years, so am planning to get the PR card and come back to India.
Is there any urgent process to get the PR card in 15 days or so for the newcommers? I mean by paying any extra charges is there any way in which we can speed up the process of recieving the PR card?
