I am international student and just went to india and got married. then i sponser my wife for visitor visa with $40,000 CAD bank balance but refused saying not enough fund and you will not back both reason.i dont understand why is that i send with complete drafting of my history and bank statements.What should i do??

When i applied for student visa i answered question.."have you ever work??" to "NO" i dont know why i said that..now i applied for immigration with my experiance certificates..so is there fare to do or how can i explain that i didnt mean that time...i am really confuse i feel like to go back india..could you plz answer..
is there any new rule for off campus job or anything coming??
