I am using Adobe Acrobat V 3.1 on win 2000 P ,when ever i try to fill a fillabe form with text ,tab key to next colum erases the text from prev filled colum what could be the problem ,was trying this with citizenship forms on CIC.

Don't use tab key then

Also, v 3.1 is a *very* old version - the latest being 7.0 - maybe that is part of the problem.

You may also wanna try downloading the form first and then opening it in Adobe rather than opening in the browser itself.
