I do not think that this is a fillable PDF form. It clearly says in the url as printable form, unless I am missing some thing.

right click the page > documet properties> Securit> Filling of form feilds > Allowed
the same is the case with any fillable forms that i download from internet

Well, I am using 9.0 and does not allow me to fill in the document. So, regardless of what it might say on the right click, apparently, it's not fillable. In any case, you have to print and sign the form, so why not just print and fill the form and be done with it?

it seems something wrong on my side. the same is the case with dominos pizza http://www.dominos.ca/shared/ca/base/pdf/dominos_application.pdf and all available fillable forms on net
FYI i am not applying from India. i got laid off and went to india and came back few months back. Now looking for a job before all the money in hand drains off

The forms that you are referring to are not fillable. It depends on the creator of the form whether they designed it as fillable or not. If you do not see fillable field, it probably was not created as a fillable form.
It would simpler to print it and fill by hand I think. Otherwise you could probably download some software and design those fields or covert it into Word using PDFzilla or something and type it in, etc.
