A request to all job hunting desis. Please proofread your resume for mistakes specifically for the spelling. I saw a resume from a non-desi and it was ridiculous.
Some examples I saw:
Operashuns, SQL Servar, MS Acces

Please read your resume again and again, do spell checks on Word. Also change your resume to fit the job, don't send generic one.
