You are the right candidate for Calgary.
If somebody tells you that it is cold in Calgary - give him a cold shoulder!
Did you know Alberta gets maximum sunshine hours in Canada?
Did you know the snow fall in Alberta is less than 25% of Toronto?

You are right buddy - I have a friend from India asking him where to settle. When I advise him to go to calgary - he said it is toooooo cold. I said who told you that, he said it is north of toronto so it should be cold. He choose Vancouver. Interestingly after struggling for one year in Vancouver he moved to Calgary which was toooo cold for him.
What you gave is prceise information about calgary. If possible can you give us a link where this data are there...

I think you need to improve your communication skills and other people skills which are very much important to employers because if you have lagging in technical skills you can learn, but lagging in canadian english then you need whole life to learn langauge. like If you dont know hindi and will try to learn Bhojpuri then will not be able to learn in your life.
Don't stop try try and try, you will get the job. I had done and I got.
If you have design knowledge then you will get a good job.
If you have not applied for P.Eng. Applied it, because many employers want people who had applied and will get the licence after 8 months or 12 months, because they will have a P.Eng. at low cost.
If you have applied for P.Eng. then write in your resume that you will get P.Eng. After one year.
Check the Environment Canada website for weather statistics.
